Screened-In Porch Addition
Built a fully screened upper-level porch with composite decking, vinyl ceiling, and black metal railings—designed for shade, airflow, and insect protection without sacrificing the view.
Open Composite Deck & Staircase
Installed a large open-air composite deck with aluminum balusters, connected to a custom switchback staircase for smooth and durable access to the backyard.
Stamped Concrete Patio with Retaining Wall
Poured a textured stamped concrete patio underneath the deck for shaded relaxation and grilling, framed with a curved block retaining wall to support the sloped yard.
